Ceilidh is one of the bitches who holds an important place in the Aviator breeding program. She is a lovely example of the type of Standard Poodle we strive to produce—balanced, athletic and elegant, with effortless movement, good structure and the confident, uncomplicated temperament that is so important to us.

As a brood bitch, Ceilidh has been particularly rewarding to live with and to breed. We look at our girls not simply for what they achieve in the ring, but for the qualities they are capable of passing forward. Ceilidh has the substance and soundness we value, while retaining the femininity and refinement we want in our bitches. Her pedigree gives us opportunities to thoughtfully build on those qualities in the generations that follow.

Her influence can already be seen in the next generation, including Aviator’s Below The Hard-Deck “Viper,” a young male we are very excited about, and American Champion Aviator's The Sky Is The Limit "Amelia". Watching Ceilidh’s qualities carried forward in her offspring is one of the most rewarding parts of breeding, and it is ultimately what matters most to us.

Ceilidh represents an important part of our continuing breeding program. She is not simply a beautiful bitch or a successful producer; she is part of the foundation we are building for the future of Aviator—one generation at a time.
